SINNOTECH (hereinafter referred to as "SINOTECH") complies with the "Personal Information Protection Act" and related laws and regulations to protect the freedom and rights of information subjects, processing personal information lawfully, and managing it safely. In accordance with Article 30 of the "Personal Information Protection Act," SINOTECH establishes and discloses the privacy policy to guide information subjects on the procedures and standards for processing personal information and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

  2. If personal information needs to be retained despite the expiration of the agreed retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose due to other laws, it will be stored separately or in a different location.

Article 4 (Rights and Obligations of Information Subjects and Legal Representatives, and Methods of Exercise)

  1. Information subjects may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of personal information held by SINOTECH at any time.

※ Requests for access to personal information of children under 14 years of age must be made by their legal representatives, and information subjects over 14 years of age may exercise their rights themselves or through their legal representatives.

  1. Requests for the exercise of rights can be made to SINOTECH in writing, via email, facsimile transmission (FAX), etc., in accordance with Article 41, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and SINOTECH will promptly respond to such requests.

  2. Rights may also be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent. In such cases, an authorization form according to Annex 11 of the "Guidelines for the Management of Personal Information Processing Methods (No. 2020-7)" must be submitted.

  3. Requests for access, correction, or suspension of processing may be limited under Articles 35 (4) and 37 (2) of the "Personal Information Protection Act."

  4. Requests for correction or deletion of personal information cannot be made if the information is explicitly specified as the collection target by other laws.

  5. SINOTECH verifies whether the requester of access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing is the information subject or a legitimate representative.

Article 5 (Measures for Securing the Safety of Personal Information)

SINOTECH takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:

  2. Technical Measures: Access control to personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of personal information, installation and regular updating of security programs
